Summer Rules FAQ's and Reminders:
Q: Can I cook out on my patio?
A: No - for safety reasons, outside cooking or grilling of any kind is not permitted. There is a grill available for common use next to the playground near the Management Office. When using the grill, please be sure to clean up the area and remove all trash when finished. Alcohol is prohibited on common areas.
Q: I'd like to join the pool. How do I go about doing this?
A: The Country Club is a separate organization from the Condominium Association, however the Club has discounted rates for Glenhardie Owners, Residents, and Tenants. Please contact the Club directly at 610-687-2110 for more information on membership.
Q: Can I have a window air conditioner unit?
A: No.
Q: Can I wash my car in the parking lot?
A: No. The parking area is not to be used to wash, clean, or repair any motor vehicle. Additionally, the parking area is for passenger's vehicles only, and any type of truck, trailer, boat, or camper is prohibited.
Q: Can I hang towels and dry clothes on my balcony or patio?
A: No items are permitted to be hung on patios or out of windows. This is to ensure that the common areas and exteriors of buildings are neat and beautiful.

Q: Where is the office located and when are you open?
A: We are in the Hamilton Building 383A - entrance is in the back of the building first floor - you will see the sign. We are here Monday - Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Q: I am a prospective renter or buyer. What units do you have for rent or for sale?
A: All of the condominiums are individually owned, so the management office does not have information on sales or rentals.
Q: Who can I contact for repairs?
A: You are welcome to use any company you'd like, provided that they give the Office a copy of their insurance, however there is a maintenance company called CMI located on-site at Glenhardie. Their phone number is 610-688-8373.
Q: Can we have pets?
A: No, all pets, including cats and dogs, are prohibited at Glenhardie.
Q: Can I bring my association fee to the office instead of mailing it?
A: Yes, as long as it's in the office by the 10th of the month. We also have available the option for Direct Debit, which automatically deducts your fee from your checking account each month. If you would like to sign up for the service, please contact the management office.
Q: What is included in the Homeowners' monthly fee?
A: Heat, water, gas for cooking, landscaping, snow removal, trash and site improvements.
Q: There is a leak in my ceiling. Who is responsible?
A: If you live on the first or second floor, we will provide you with the contact for the person living directly above you. If you live on the third floor, contact the office so we can have maintenance check the roof.
Q: How do I dispose of large trash items?
A: Contact the office and we will make pick up arrangements, as well as let you know the charge and when and where items will be picked up.
Q: How do I register my bike with the Office?
A: Call or stop by and we will give you a sticker to put on your bike. All bikes kept in the bike rooms of each building must be registered. Bikes must be stored in the bike room, and are not permitted to be stored on common area, or on patios or balconies.
